Speaker and author Colleen Patrick-Goudreau offers “The 30-Day Vegan Challenge,” an on-line program designed to make the transition to veganism, fun, healthy, and easy.

Patrick-Goudreau provides savory recipes and supportive tips every step of the way.

The 30-Day Vegan Challenge, an interactive program encompassing written, audio, and visual material, is so easy that anyone can enjoy learning a new and healthy lifestyle.

Membership, which for a limited time only costs $20,  involves 30 days of daily assistance and support including new emails on different topics discussing healthy recipes, cooking, reading labels, shopping, and also on-line support with community pages for sharing ideas with one another.

Patrick-Goudreau, whose books are available online and in bookstores, has also appeared on the Food Network and contributes to National Public Radio.

Minnesota Kim is an alumna of the College of St. Catherine. She has a rescue pet named Cocoa Puff and he is Shih Tzu and Toy Poodle. Kim is concerned with the ethical treatment of animals and cares about the quality of our environment. She avoids using harsh chemicals and other toxins and encourages others to do the same. She also enjoys a healthy lifestyle and is exploring the possibility of becoming a vegan.
