'Unprocessed' shines amongst the best plant-based diet and lifestyle books

I love this book! Seriously, with the countless and ever-growing list of references available for those seeking an easy to understand, and even more easily accessible transition to a plant-based, whole foods diet, Unprocessed shines amongst the best of them.

Chef AJ has left no room for the often-proselytizing advocates of the Standard American Diet—aptly coined SAD—whose misguided stance continues to lead the blissfully uninformed masses to a life of illness and disease. But, at some point, we must all take responsibility for our own actions and choices—enter Chef AJ’s book.

With over 100 unbelievably simple recipes, and a ton of really useful and educational information, this book has quickly become my Go-To for healthy meals and snacks throughout the day.

This book is perfect for both seasoned health conscious vegans, and those new to a lifestyle free of animal products and filled with delicious, nutritious whole foods. I promise that if you start incorporating Chef AJ’s methods into your daily life and routine you’ll go from feeling SAD to very, very GLAD. Eat up!
