Martha Stewart Show vegan episode to feature Biz Stone, Kathy Freston

It has been quite a year for mainstream veganism, first a dedicated program on Oprah now Martha Stewart.

Twitter co-founder and the man converted to veganism by a visit to Farm Sanctuary, Biz Stone will be appearing along with vegan author Kathy Freston on Martha Stewart’s upcoming “Vegan Show” on Wednesday, March 30.

The episode will feature Stone sharing a “delicious and inventive” seitan bourguignon recipe and Freston preparing vegan fruit and nut bars.

Additionally the “Veganist” author will provide the audience with a step-by-step guide on how to “easily and gradually” become a vegan.

With no mention of Cargill or Michael Pollan it appears to be safe for those who are vegan and “veganish” alike.

Here’s the question, do you plant to watch?

UPDATE: Gene Baur, co-founder and president of Farm Sanctuary, will also be on Wednesday's show.
