Tal Ronnen slated to revamp Wynn Resorts vegan menus

Newly vegan Vegas tycoon Steve Wynn has joined forces with an impressive name in the vegan world: Wynn has hired vegan chef Tal Ronnen (known best for cooking with Oprah) to revamp his menus at his casinos and hotels on the Strip in Vegas.

His menus already include at least one vegan item, but, with Ronnen's help, the sky is the limit.

As reported by TDIV last year, Wynn decided to become vegan for health and animal rights reasons.

“It’s very simple,” Wynn said. “I’m killing two birds at once, so to speak. Animal-based food kills people. This way by going vegan … we get healthy and save animals."
