While Jessica Simpson's fiancé Eric Johnson's football career as a tight end for the San Francisco 49ers and the New Orleans Saints came to an end, he is now intending to open a chain of vegan fast food restaurants.

According to E! News, a friend of the couple stated in regards to Eric Johnson's business ideas, "His new one is a plan to start a fast-food vegan restaurant in L.A. and eventually expand them across the country."

Jessica Simpson has worn shirts proclaiming that "Real Girls Eat Meat" and joined photo ops for Chicken of the Sea, but sources say she is completely on board with his vegan eatery.

Maybe a new choice of wardrobe is in order, how does "Real Girls Eat Seitan" sound?
