Author launches 'Vegan Cooking for Carnivores" video website

Author Clair Gosse has launched a new video website called “Cooking for Carnivores” which enables viewers to watch how she prepares recipes geared toward meat eaters.

Gosse’s cooking lessons are simple, informative and easy to follow making even the most squeamish Carnivore feel at ease.

“Becoming vegan didn’t mean that I wanted to live off of beans and sprouts for the rest of my life, said Gosse. I came up with the idea for “Vegan Cooking for Carnivores” because I realized that while I think vegan cooking is an easy thing to do, most carnivores panic at the thought of having to cook a vegan meal.”

She also has a cookbook available on her website in eBook format in which visitors can download for free. The book includes recipe favorites such as French toast and mushroom quiche.
