Vegetable and Tofu Sushi
A quick and easy recipe for vegetarian and vegan sushi lovers.
- Nori Strips
- A variety of fillers such as carrots, bell peppers, celery, green beans, cucumber, onions, avocado, radishes
- Soy Sauce
Cook rice as directed. Simmer strips of tofu in soy sauce for 25 minutes. Place cooked rice on nori strip and top with tofu and vegetables of your choice. Roll strips tightly. Enjoy!
