PCRM’s 21-Day Vegan Kickstart launched today with celebrity tips from Ginnifer Goodwin, star of He’s Just Not That Into You and Walk The Line.

Based on research by Dr. Neal Barnard, founder and president of PCRM, the free online kickstart program provides all the support and essential information for those wishing to move toward a plant-based diet.

“If you’re anything like me, you’ll enjoy food more on a vegan diet: Your taste buds will awake, and you can eat more without gaining weight!” says Goodwin.

In addition to offering advice, the actress also shared a favorite recipe, Gramma's Bok Choy (& Chick'n) Salad.

Those participating in the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart program have access to vegetarian recipes, cooking tips, an interactive vegan restaurant guide, and a 21-day meal plan. Additionally celebrities will share personal stories about their eating habits and offer advice on food choices and grocery shopping.
