Egg-less Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup oil
Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquids and add to dry ingredients. Stir by hand. It is recommended that you do not use a mixer. There may be small lumps int the batter. Pour into 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and frost if desired.
