Product Review: KIND Healthy Grains presents a new type of granola

Share |

KIND Healthy Grains presents a new type of granola—the type that features only ingredients that you can see and pronounce. Doesn’t this make you feel better about eating their healthy snacks? Nobody wants to read a label and not recognize any of the ingredients, especially if they can't pronounce it. KIND Healthy Grains gives you a product that truly lives up to its name, but these kind snacks are also healthy and good for you. Best yet— they are delicious and offer the perfect amount of sweetness in every crunch.

KIND Healthy Grains refers to their product as “a better KIND of granola” and I would have to agree. The granola comes in six delicious flavors, such as Maple Walnut Clusters with Chia & Quinoa, Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flax Seeds, Peanut Butter Whole Grain Clusters, Dark Chocolate & Cranberry Clusters, Oats & Honey Clusters, and Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds. Several of the flavors are not vegan, but three of the six are.

Try the Maple Walnut Clusters with Chia & Quinoa, Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flax Seeds, or the Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds. Made with 100% whole grains, all three are absolutely delicious and were perfect eaten plain as a snack, in a vegan yogurt parfait, and eaten with almond milk as a bowl of cereal. They are totally worth their retail price of $5.9 for 11oz.

My favorite, the Vanilla Blueberry Clusters, contains 5g of fiber, 750mg of Omega-3, and is 100 percent gluten, GMO, and refined sugar-free. The other two are also spectacular, but I especially enjoyed the sweet blueberry chunks in the Vanilla Blueberry Clusters. As a person with a big sweet tooth, I loved this.

Perfect in my yogurt parfait, The Maple Walnut Clusters with Chia & Quinoa contains 300mg of Omega-3, is 100% gluten, GMO, Soy, and refined sugar-free. The Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flax Seeds were a great snack, containing 5g of fiber, 720mg Omega-3, and 100% gluten, GMO, and refined sugar-free. Needless to say, I loved all three and will be keeping these stocked in my home.

If you’re a “Kindaholic," as defined by KIND healthy snacks as “someone with uncontrollable love for KIND and spreading kindness," then pick up a bag of KIND healthy snacks and be kind to yourself every time to pop one of the crunchy clusters in your mouth.
