My vegan pantry

My pantry is currently stocked with:

  • whole wheat berries
  • puffed rice
  • brown rice crispies
  • rolled oats
  • steel cut oats
  • wakame seaweed
  • MaraNatha peanut butter
  • dates
  • raisins
  • dried plums
  • baked beans
  • ice cream cones!
  • blue corn meal
  • apple cider vinegar
  • sugar (not from bone char)
  • agave syrup from Madhava
  • stevia powder from NuNaturals
  • whole wheat pastry flour from Bob's Red Mill
  • pasta sauce from Sun Harvest
  • Vega chocolate nutritional shake powder
  • vanilla soy protein powder from Sun Harvest
  • vanilla rice protein powder from Nutribiotic
  • The Ultimate Meal powder
  • unsweetened cranberry juice from R.W. Knudsen
I have another little pantry on the other side of my kitchen which is full of many spices and oils (olive, coconut, canola, hot chili, peanut, and toasted sesame).

I shop at Sprouts for almost 100 percent of my groceries and I buy most of my bulk items there because it's cheap and eco-friendly, especially if you bring your own bags. Having a well-stocked pantry is essential to spontaneous, delicious meals!
