I love this product: Dandies Vegan Marshmallows

 I am not that into processed food products like fake meats or frozen meals. I make most of our food from as close to scratch as I can. But marshmallows are way out of my league. And not necessary to even try once I discovered Dandies Vegan Marshmallows.

Little air puffed pillows of goodness, these marshmallows make vegan eating even more fun than it already is. I topped my sweet potato pie for Thanksgiving with a whole bag of these precious treats and it was the hit of the dinner. Who doesn't like crispy and gooey marshmallows on the day we are grateful to be alive?

They are great in hot chocolate. I keep a homemade mix of cocoa powder and vegan cane sugar on hand for super cold days. Mixed with soy milk, topped with Dandies, and you have instant hot chocolate.

I can go on and on: s'mores, cookies, brownies. Or let's face it, eating them right out of the bag at midnight while standing in a dark kitchen hoping no one else wakes up. Bottom line: I love Dandies!
