Guests visiting the 17th annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival can now enjoy a new, delightful dining experience with meatless and dairy-free dishes thanks to Gardein.
Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival is known for showcasing some of the best food in the world, and Epcot chefs have created two new savory dishes featuring Gardein’s “Chick’n Breasts” and “Beefless Tips.”
“Trick’n Chick’n,” made with Gardein’s plant and soy-based meatless breasts and seared to perfection with red curry sauce and rice is found at “Terra,” a booth which offers vegan and organic dishes.
Another new dish, “Chili Colorado,” made with Gardein’s “Beefless Tips,” is a combination of seared red peppers and onions covered in mole sauce and served with potato chips and cashew cheese for vegan nachos and found at the Coral Reef Restaurant.
Guests at Epcot can also enjoy Gardein’s “Crispy Chick’n Pieces” served with Asian noodles and found at Sunshine Seasons food court at the Land Pavillion.
“When we decided to create an entire vegan area at this year’s festival, it was important for us to offer attendees food that is both nutritious and great tasting. Everyone who tries our dishes made with Gardein will experience an abundance of flavors, tastes, and textures and be surprised that they are meat-free,” said Epcot Executive Chef Jens Dahlmann.
