5 vegan meals that will knock the socks off of meat eaters

My theory when it comes to feeding vegan food to meat eaters is to not break out the tofu, tempeh and kale right away. We joke around that people think you have to "add the vegan." Food that is deliciouscolorfulnutritious, and recognizable is a great way to tantalize the palate and make people realize that a lot of food they are eating is automatically vegan.

Here are five menus that will knock the socks off meat eaters. I know because I have served them to rave reviews. All of these dishes can be made at home (for recipes see my blog Lisa's Project: Vegan) with fresh, organic ingredients. Some items can be store bought if you are not into cooking everything. Either way, have fun and enjoy the enjoyment of the food!
