Get advice from world class vegan athletes with PCRM's VegRUN training program

Are you interested in getting into shape, but don’t know where to begin? Does the idea of training with the advice of established, vegan athletes excite you? If so, you may want to participate in the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine's Half Marathon and Marathon VEGrun training program!

For a donation of $50, you will receive access to all the features of the program, including training advice, and nutrition tips with energizing recipes from world class vegan athletes such as Scott Jurek, Brendan Brazier, and Christine Vardaros. There is also an online community forum where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and have them answered by nutritionists and running experts.

A great aspect of this program is that you will be able to start your own personal website, where you will be able to track and monitor your fundraising contributions, write about your experiences, motivation, and progress, and share your page with family and friends, asking for their support while striving to reach your goal! In addition to all of these great features, you are also eligible for a number of great prizes, such as apparel, books, and running gear.

This is your chance to enhance your mind and body and get in shape all while provoking your inner athlete, enabling yourself to set and reach healthy and inspiring goals. To learn more or to sign up, please visit the PCRM VEGrun website.
