Ravens’ Restaurant in scenic Mendocino County, California, has released a new winter menu. The fine-dining establishment, which is located within the Stanford Inn by the Sea, serves a traditional North American menu but with a vegan twist.
The updated dishes include:
- Trumpet Royale Ceviche – avocado, mango, green onion, Thai chili, fresh lime juice, salsa fresca, with house-made corn chips ($12)
- Grilled Maple-Balsamic Fig Salad – Big River Nursery greens, candied pecans, herbed cashew cheese, orange-chipotle dressing ($10)
- Sea Palm Spicy Peanut Curry - Locally harvested tender sea palm ‘noodles,’ seasonal vegetables, spicy peanut curry, tempeh fennel croquettes ($25)
These additional items will complement the already incredible offerings such as Spicy Fotomaki Roll, Tamari-Maple Glazed Tofu, Portobello Slider, and Dos Tacos biológicos.
