Farm Sanctuary hosts first-ever national conference to end factory farming

If there is an event you don't want to miss this year, this is the one. For the first time, Farm Sanctuary is hosting the National Conference to End Factory Farming: for health, environment, and farm animals.

The conference, held in Arlington, Virginia, kicks off on Thursday, October 27th with a cocktail reception featuring guests speakers. The event continues through Saturday, October 29th and will cover a variety of issues including waste management, disease and contamination, and factory farming.

Attendees will receive coffee, lunch, dinner, and a continental breakfast on Saturday during breaks from lectures. There will be opportunities to meet with authors and attend book signings.

Over thirty experts will be available including CEO of Whole Foods, John Mackey and author of The China Study, Dr. T Colin Campbell. See a full list of speakers here.

Registration costs $150 and includes presentations, panels, and meals. The fees help to fund rescue and advocacy through Farm Sanctuary.
