Vegan Olivia Wilde and vegetarian Kristen Bell nominated for Do Something Awards

Vegan actress/model Olivia Wilde and vegetarian star Kristen Bell have been nominated within the same category for this year’s Do Something Awards—the awards given to the “do-ers” in their field, cause or issue.

The two plant-based-diet-fueled beauties are facing off against fellow Hollywood performers Orlando Bloom, Daniel Radcliffe, Scarlett Johansson and Josh Duhamel in the Do Something movie star grouping.

According to the Do Something Award website, Wilde was nominated for her real life role as a board of director for the organization Artists for Peace and Justice.

Bell gets the nod for her efforts with animal protection organization The Humane Society of the United States.

The award will go to the individual with the most votes, and yes voting is open to the public so head on over the site and click away for the star you believe deserves to be the best do something’er—or something.

The 2011 Do Something Award show will air Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 9:00pm EST on VH1.
