New online market offering vegan beauty products now open for business

For me buying beauty products is a minefield; double checking ingredients lists, making sure the contents have not been tested on animals, it’s enough to give a girl a headache. Not any more it seems! Vegan Beauty Market, an online store full of vegan and cruelty free products has taken the guesswork out of looking good, which just leaves us with the dilemma of what color lipstick to buy.

Goodies from Beauty Without Cruelty, Aubry Organics and 100% Pure are among the many companies gracing the virtual shelves of the store, with products including make-up, sun care, hair and body care, even something for your favorite child.

The site is the brainchild of Kelly Merkel, who wants VBM to be the number one destination for those searching for cruelty free skincare and even plans to give a portion of her profits to environmental, animal rights and humane causes. She says:

"I am very excited to join the growing community of vegan business owners. I envision the store to be a one-stop shop for vegans and eco-conscious consumers alike. Choosing beauty products that are completely cruelty-free should be fun and convenient. Now vegans have a central place to find amazing products for enhancing their everyday beauty."

On top of all this awesomeness, there’s even free shipping for orders over $49 (mainland US only), and free samples in each order. I’m off to window shop right now!
