Megan Fox’s replacement in the Transformers
Which makes total sense considering the 24-year-old actress grew up on her family’s self-sufficient farm in England.
And apparently this life experience has taught Huntington-Whiteley detachment from the animals destined to be dinner.
In an interview with Complex, the new Transformers beauty was asked if she gets sad when it’s time to kill a chicken. She responded with a pithy, “No.”
Furthermore, life on the farm has given her insight on the differences between pets and animals like say cows, chicken and bacon, I mean pigs.
"I know where my food comes from. I don't get sad 'cause you don't build relationships with those animals," Huntington-Whiteley told Complex. "I'm a farm girl; there's the pigs, that's the dog that I play with and love, but it's the pig that's gonna be in the freezer next month."
In other words, she truly seems to be the girl next door.
Because is there anything more down to earth and commonplace than differentiating farm animals and family pets?
Unfortunately probably not.
