Silk expands milk alternative options to include Pure Coconut

If you like coconut milk, you are in for a treat! Silk, a brand known primarily for their soy milk (and, more recently, their almond milk), has started offering Silk Pure Coconut milk, another non-dairy alternative. Vice President Craig Shiesley says, "Silk Pure Coconut gives consumers another plant-based option for milk that offers great taste combined with the calcium they're looking for."

Available in grocery stores nationwide,  Pure Coconut is calcium-fortified and is currently available in two different flavors: Original and Vanilla. It is made without the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and is a great source of Vitamin D and Vitamin B-12.

Since 1996, Silk has been offering the nutritious benefits of soy and plant-based diets to the masses. To find out more about this new product, visit www.silkpurecoconut.com or www.silksoymilk.com. The company can also be found on Facebook (Facebook.com/SilkUS) or on Twitter @LoveMySilk.
