Eagles QB Michael Vick to appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show

UPDATE 2/16 5:15 p.m.: Michael Vick BAILS on 'Oprah' Interview

Philadelphia Eagles star QB Michael Vick is set to appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show on February 24, DVR setting can commence now—and for many hide any blunt objects that can be tossed at your television.

According to Harpo productions, Vick will “sit down for a one-one” with the queen of daytime talk to discuss “his time spent in prison after being convicted for his part in an illegal dogfighting ring, his subsequent return to the National Football League, his work with the Humane Society of the United States and his plans for the future.”

Vick served 18 months in federal prison for his part in a brutal dog fighting ring.

No word yet if two guests who will provide counterpoints to Mr. Vick will be invited. Any volunteers?
