'Vegucating Robin' visits Napa Valley to discover wine and great food

In Episode 6 of Vegucating Robin, The Wine-ification of Gavan, the hosts visit Napa Valley to discover wine, food and how to pair them.

The duo begin with a tasting of Chardonnay at Adastra Vineyard, which is certified organic, before visiting the kitchen of Chef Kevin Miller at the Villagio Inn & Spa.

The chef prepared a vegan salad (With honey! See Gavan Murphy’s non-honey adaptation here) and Scott Lewis of V Wine Cellar selected the perfect Chardonnay pairing for the salad.

This episode was Part 1: The Whites. This red wine lover anxiously awaits the next episode. And wonders, will they "vegucate" Robin on vegan winemaking?
