'Vegan Pizza Day' a chance to celebrate a favorite with a meat-free twist

Vegan pizza is getting better and better. Dairy-free cheeses are popping up everywhere, mock meats are plentiful, and we even have the option of frozen pizza!

The fine people at Chicago Soy Dairy, makers of Teese and one of our favorite bloggers, Quarrygirl have declared January 29, 2011 as Vegan Pizza Day. A holiday worth celebrating, if you ask us.
