Christy Morgan, aka The Blissful Chef, posted a request on her website yesterday for “beautiful, creative, delicious and inspiring” recipes for inclusion in a vegan Southeast Asian cookbook.
The new cookbook will be a collaborative effort between Morgan and Thai chef May Kaidee.
Hey, we know our readers are extremely creative (along with being beautiful/handsome, wonderful and intelligent) so this should be right up your collective alley.
Just keep in mind she is not looking for the run-of-the-mill traditional fare turned vegan and obviously the recipes should be influenced by cuisine originating from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and Thailand.
So dust off that old vegan Southeast Asian recipe you have in your plant-based cooking recipe rolodex and head on over to The Blissful Chef website.
