Linda McCartney Foods searching for UK’s tastiest meat-free dish

The purveyors of frozen vegetarian and vegan friendly favorites such as spicy bean and sausage casserole, vegemince and toad in the hole—had to look that one up—are looking for the UK’s tastiest meat-free dish.

Linda McCartney Foods is currently conducting an online contest to locate the best flesh-free creation with the eventual winner taking home a Baumatic cooker, a kitchen table crafted by Titchmarsh & Goodwin valued at £4,000 and the opportunity to have their dish added to the company’s lineup of products.

Pretty good deal eh? But alas if you are not in the UK you are not eligible for the contest. The proof was in the details:

“This Competition is open to residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.”
