1.1 million homeless animals find a home for the holidays

Share |

For twelve consecutive years, The Helen Woodward Animal Center & Iams have paired up with more than 3,500 pet adoption centers to find homes for orphaned pets.

This year’s goal is 1.5 Million adoptions—and over 1 million animals have found homes between October 1st and January 4th.

The Iams Home 4 the Holidays website has a running counter where you can see how many animals have been adopted, as well as a “pet finder” that operates through facebook.

Go take a peek & consider if your home could use a little more furry, feathery, or leathery love.
