No Meat Zone Recipes: Stir Fry With Chickpeas and Green Beans


Stir Fry With Chickpeas and Green Beans

  • some cooked brown rice
  • baby spinach leaves
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 can chickpeas
  • some green beans which have been cut in half
  • some sprouts
  • some chopped cabbage
  • some grated carrot
  • some crated kolrabi
  • 3-4 teaspoons of tamari
  • lemon juice
  • green olives

Put some olive oil in a heated pan, add your chickpeas and cook for around 4 minutes. Add the green beans and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the rest of the veggies (sprouts, cabbage, grated carrot and kolrabi), add tamari to flavour and cook for a further minute or two. Add in the rice and spinach, squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the top and add your olives. Enjoy.
