No Meat Zone Recipes: Vegan Apple Pumpkin Pie


Vegan Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 can pumpkin pie
  • 1 small apple
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 - 9 inch pie shells


1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Cut the apple and chop it up in a food processor or blender with milk.
3. Mix apple and milk with the rest of the ingredients (minus the pie shells) until smooth.
4. Pour mixture into pie shells.
5. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 F and bake for 40-50 minutes.
6. Cool on wire rack.
