Cast your vote to send cat litter to three local Los Angeles shelters

World's Best Cat Litter—makers of a pet, people and planet-safe cat litter made with whole-kernel corn and other natural ingredients—recently launched the GiveLitter program in Los Angeles which allows cat-lovers to cast a vote once a day to have litter sent to three L.A. animal shelters: Alley Cat Allies with Baldwin Park Animal Shelter, Cat House on the Kings, and Kitten Rescue.

After providing the same program in Washington D.C. during August, World’s Best Cat Litter was able to donate 5,255 pounds of litter to local shelters.

"We invite animal lovers everywhere to become part of the GiveLitter charity and help these Los Angeles animal shelters as they work tirelessly to address community needs," said Paul Zobel, Senior Director of Marketing, World's Best Cat Litter. "As a result of all the people who voted online, our GiveLitter program recently donated over 5000 lbs. of World's Best Cat Litter to Washington, DC. Now we welcome fans to vote again so we can help these great Los Angeles shelters."

Votes, each worth 1/10th a pound of litter, can be cast on the company’s Facebook page or at givelitter.com.
