Submit photos of your rescued animal to ALDF's photo contest

The Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF) is holding its very first Rescue “Tails” Photo Contest. The ALDF spends a lot of time working hard for rescued animals and now they want you to share your rescued animal’s story (and adorable face) with the world!

Submit a photo of your rescued animal as well as a brief summary of their story to photocontest@aldf.org or send it by mail. Submission guidelines are as followed:
  • All entries must be received between September 1 and September 30
  • Digital photos of your animal must be a minimum of 200 dpi
  • Your animal’s story should be included in 100 words or less
  • Include your name, phone number and email address so that ALDF can contact you if you win!
In October, you can go online and vote for your favorite rescued animal photo finalists!
The winner at the end of voting will have his or her animal photo featured on the annual ALDF holiday card.

(Note: In order to submit a photo you must be at least 18 years or older and your photo must have been taken by you.)
