No Meat Zone Recipes: Vegan Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

The Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

When I was little, my mom would always make peanut butter cookies with my sister and me. My favorite part would always be either licking the spoons, or making criss-cross lines on the top of each cookie! But the only problem was I wasn’t allowed to lick the spoons because before I was vegan, we used to use eggs. Now, you can use this recipe and lick all you want! Yes, these are the best peanut butter cookies I’ve ever had in my life! They are once again very healthful and if you like peanut butter, you’ll love these!

  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Stevia
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

  1. Preheat oven to 350〫F. Line 2 baking sheets with wax paper.
  2.  Mix peanut butter, apple sauce, stevia, and vanilla until blended but not smooth. In second bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda, and fold into peanut butter mixture. Stir until thick. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Use fork to make criss-cross marks on top of each cookie. (Best part!)
  3.  Bake for 12 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheets.
