
Avocado Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 small avocados or 1 large (Large ones tend to be creamier & work best and keeping them refrigerated lends a nice chill to the recipe.)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or raw honey (or to taste)
Simply put all of the ingredients into blender and whip to perfection. It is important to use a good blender and blend this mixture for awhile in order for it to turn out its very best! :) Avocados are VERY healthy. Read the health benefits here.
