Tonight on CNN, Larry King Live will host a two hour telethon to help victims of the oil spill disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. The raised funds from "Disaster in the Gulf: How You Can Help" will go toward three charities—National Wildlife Federation, United Way, and Nature Conservancy.

“We are the ‘search’ in ‘search and rescue’ for wildlife,” said Schweiger. “With more than 10,000 miles of actual shoreline along the Gulf (counting bays and inlets), our hope is that our search efforts, combined with wildlife rescue and rehabilitation efforts, will give wildlife a chance at surviving this horrific tragedy, and that for those animals that simply cannot survive, we will work that much harder to restore their habitat so that one day their populations will recover.”

The star-studded event will feature celebrities including Chelsea Handler, Sting, Tim McGraw, Kathy Griffin, Alyssa Milano, Deepak Chopra, Pete Wentz, Ted Danson, Robert Redford, Harry Connick Jr., Jenny McCarthy, Melania Trump, Ivanka Trump, Aaron Neville, Kerry Kennedy, James Carville and Mary Matalin, Anderson Cooper, Tyson Ritter, Lenny Kravitz, Ian Somerhalder, Edward James Olmos, Gloria Reuben, and Philippe Cousteau.

"Disaster in the Gulf: How You Can Help" airs [June 21] at 8 p.m. ET on CNN.
