People Magazine names vegetarian Carrie Underwood in ‘Hottest Bodies 2010’ list

Carrie Underwood is featured in the latest edition of People Magazine as one of the “Hottest Bodies 2010.” The country crooner sticks to a vegetarian diet and regular cardio intensive workouts to ensure a fit body.

In the past Underwood revealed that eating a meat-free diet doesn’t always equate to a healthy lifestyle, pointing to “cheesy things” as the main culprit. To stay in line, the 27 year old keeps her dairy and sugar intake to a minimum and logs her food consumption daily in a journal.

Last week the animal lover took home two 2010 CMT Music Awards wins—Video of The Year for “Cowboy Casanova” and CMT Performance of the Year for her live version of “Temporary Home” on CMT’s concert series, Invitation Only.

Underwood plans to wed hockey player Mike Fisher of the Ottawa Senators sometime this summer.

The new edition of People Magazine will hit the newsstands on June 18.  Besides Carrie Underwood, other hot bods include Zac Efron, Kendra Wilkinson, Kim Kardashian, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Megan Fox.
