NBA star Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns is turning off his lights for Earth Hour 2010 and he wants you to join him.
“It’s easy to do something simple for the environment and to show our concern for climate change,” says Nash. “Turn off your lights!”
This year’s Earth Hour takes place on Saturday, March 27 at 8:30 p.m. local time. As the world’s largest call to action on climate change, the movement encourages people around the globe to turn off their lights for one hour in order to increase energy conservation awareness.
