This Super Bowl Sunday, Audi presents the Green Police who defend Mother Nature by busting those who use Styrofoam cups, incandescent light bulbs, and plastic bottles. The Green Police’s clever Public Service Announcements hope to spread positive messages about being Green all while showing off the Audi A3 TDI® clean diesel, winner of the 2010 Green Car of the Year® award by the Green Car Journal.
Kudos to Audi for addressing an important issue with a sense of humor rather than the standard doomsday scenario that is typically associated with the Green movement.
The commercial, which will play during Super Bowl XLIV, features Cheap Trick’s “Dream Police” re-recorded as “Green Police.”
