Playing game of coincidence or not on Jimmy Kimmel Live, LOST executive producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof reveal the meal served on Oceanic Flight 815 was a vegetarian lasagna.

Kimmel asks, “The meal on the flight – lasagna?”

Cuse explains, “We actually spent about a month in the room working on that meal and came to lasagna.”

“You came to lasagna,” responds Kimmel.

“That will pay off in a big way,” says Cuse.

“And look we will tell you it is a vegetarian lasagna,” Lindelof revealed.

Cheers from the audience as Cuse adds, “And you guys didn’t think you would get anything tonight. It was a vegetarian lasagna.”
