Patricia De León, the fantasy woman in TNT’s Men of a Certain Age and star of Telemundo’s Perro Amor, has joined PETA to promote her vegetarian lifestyle.
"Growing up, I was always in and out of the hospital with stomach problems, and no one could figure out what was wrong," the smashing beauty explains. "I decided to give up meat and become a vegetarian, and I haven't had stomach problems since! I love eating healthy, delicious vegetarian meals and the options are endless. No matter where I go, I can find vegetarian dishes that satisfy my hunger and my taste for great food."
De León became a vegetarian for Thanksgiving several years ago and says her vegetarian diet has changed her life. She hopes to be a role model for Latinos and wants to send a good message to people letting them know that there are plant-based healthy options out there.
