I've seen this in the store and have often wondered about the taste. I think I will pick some up next time.
Good to know. Thankz for the info. Now I cant wait to get some.
In general, I love the Gardein products, but have just had a terrible experience with one of their "fresh" products, the Tuscan Breast. I baked it according to directions and it was slimy and rubbery. I grilled it the next time, but the results were the same. Okay, so I was out five bucks for something virtually inedible (I threw it out both times)
What REALLY upset me was I e-mailed the company and have received absolutely no response. So, I don't believe in rewarding bad behavior by throwing good money after bad.
I am a professional chef, graduate of Le Cordon Bleu.
Too bad.
this tasted horrible, ugggg...
