This evening Eric, the girls, and I tried Quorn Turk'y Roast for the first time. We really liked it!  The texture is awesome and the taste is delectable.  It only took me 1 hour to cook the frozen roast in the oven at 425 degrees.

Quorn products are not made with soy but rather something called mycoprotein which is a member of the fungi family.  I know it sounds scary but really its genius!

The roast is considerably less expensive than Tofurky.  I definitely recommend it.
