For Amy F. - - Favorite fresh veggie - that is hard. I love so many and depending on the time of year. During the summer - how can you beat a fresh light summer salad with all the goodness of the summer veggies. Winter the hardier veggies in a warm and comforting soup or as the main dish just roasted. I love eggplant grilled with fish flakes and soy sauce- love asparagus cooked crisp with a touch of lemon. I really can't pick one.

This tote looks sooo cool! Thanks for offering it along with the CD.

We love veggies in our house: my hubby is a potato guy, the oldest daughter loves carrots and the younger could live on green peas alone :) My fav would be... cauliflower :)

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE fresh corn on the cob!!
But here in New England the season is sooooo short.
Also, can never pass up peppers. Fresh or cooked, eaten alone or mixed in something, they are such a yummy treat and are such a versatile vegetable.
Thanks for offering a great giveaway!!

My fave veggie is the pepper :) I love red, yellow, orange, green...YUMMY!!

Carrot, and moreso for it's versatility. You can eat them raw. Juice them and drink the juice then use the leftover pulp for many things. They can be cooked. They can be used raw in salads. So for me it is the versatility that wins me over.

What's up Doc?!
