I met some friends at my favorite restaurant today. My favorite restaurant just so happens to be home to my favorite natural/organic market. After we dined, we headed down to the market to do some shopping. Knowing I would be at the market, my husband requested some Tofurky Mushroom & 'Giblet' Gravy and I was happy to oblige! Frankly, it has to be the best gravy ever made! I also added some Primal Strips Jerky to my cart. When I arrived home later, my girls actually cheered when they saw the goodies in my bag. I'm very picky about my "meat" alternatives so I have not tried primal strips yet. How do they compare to Tofurky Jurky? That is my favorite.
Is the mushroom gravy good for mashed potatoes?

I use the mushroom gravy on mashed potatoes. YUUUUUUM!
I have not had the tofurky roast, but I think am going to give it a try with the gravy, it looks delish!!
SmilinginSilence - I am a huge fan of the Tofurky Roast! For the last two years, we have purchased a Tofurky Feast for Thanksgiving. :-)
