Black Bean & Mushrooms Over Rice
Ingredients:
1 15 oz can black beans
1 4oz can mushroom pieces and stems
1 tsp minced garlic
Seasonings: cilantro, chili powder, salt
Dash of flour
1 tbs vegetable oil
Rice
Directions:
Make rice as directed on package. Heat vegetable oil in pan on medium heat. Add black beans, mushrooms, garlic, seasonings. If the mixture is too liquidy, add flour to thicken. Simmer on low for 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
